Avocado Açaí Chia Parfait
INGREDIENTS
Açaí Base

1 100g @gratefoodco frozen açaí pulp
Avocado Smoothie

1 ripe avocado
-
1 tablespoon raw honey
-
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Chia Seed Pudding
-
2 cups unsweetened soy milk
-
2/3 cup chia seeds
-
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 cup raw honey (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Chia seed pudding (prepare in advance)
Step 1: Blend all ingredients except chia seeds and pour into serving glass
Step 2: Whisk in chia seeds
Step 3: Refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight to gel
Avocado Smoothie
Step 4: Blend all ingredients in blender
Assemble
Step 5: Layer up chia seed pudding, açaí base and avocado smoothie
Step 6: ENJOY!
